DUES PROTOCOL

Our annual association fee is due May 1st, of each year.  The amount due is payable to Heritage Square HOA and mailed to the above PO BOX.  If you are unable to pay by check, please pay via the website HERE (There is a $14 fee charged by the merchant “Stripe”)

Thank you in advance for supporting our neighborhood and we appreciate your prompt dues payment.  As a board, we have established the following protocol to avoid tracking down delinquent dues well into the year.  Dues not paid by the due date are deemed delinquent.  Delinquent homeowners will be assessed a $50 late fee.  Notice of this will be sent at the end of May.  This late fee and the dues will be due on receipt.  Any homeowners who still have not paid will be assessed an additional $50.00 for each 30 day period thereafter.  Payment of your dues avoids a lien being put on your home.
